Push Igniter Kit by The Outdoor Plus

The Outdoor Plus Push-Button Spark Ignition Kit adds push-button lighting to a compatible gas fire feature without running hard-wired electrical lines. Powered by a 1.5V DC AA battery, the ignition module produces a 15kV DC spark at the burner head, providing an alternative to lighting by hand.

Each kit includes a weather-resistant mounting plate for the push-button module and chrome turn key, a brass key valve, and fuel-specific stainless steel whistle-free plumbing. The spark electrode connects through 36-inch electrical leads and features a stainless steel protective hood to help shield the contact point from water and debris.

Fuel & Capacity Options

• Liquid Propane, Standard Capacity: Supports up to 290,000 BTU. Includes a 30″ whistle-free hose with 3/8″ internal diameter, low-pressure regulator, and brass air mixer.
• Liquid Propane, High Capacity — OPT-2322LPHC: For 290,000 BTU and above. Includes a 30″ whistle-free hose, low-pressure regulator, and brass air mixer. Hose diameter varies by configuration.
• Natural Gas, Standard Capacity — OPT-2322NG: Supports up to 290,000 BTU. Includes a 36″ whistle-free hose with 1/2″ internal diameter.
• Natural Gas, High Capacity — OPT-2322NGHC: For outputs over 290,000 BTU. Includes a 36″ whistle-free hose with 1/2″ internal diameter and a high-flow key valve.

For propane models, the included brass air mixer blends air with the fuel before combustion to help reduce soot buildup.
