Built from #304 stainless steel, the Encore fits into a custom outdoor kitchen with a clean, integrated look. Its multi-fuel tray system, reversible V-shaped cooking grates, and adjustable hood vents offer flexibility across the cooking surface. Interior halogen lighting and LED-lit controls help keep dinner moving after sunset.
